Churches must change or they will die.  Worse than that, people will die without Christ.

We have told our people for decades that coming to church is more important than being the church and that must change now.  Becoming a missional church is not a new program to be marketed but a lifestyle to be lived in the real world where all the hurting people live, work and play.

The goal of our organization is to help churches  in transition to become effective in redefining success from how many people are coming to our buildings, to how many of our people are authentically living out the Gospel in the world.

We must accept the reality that our culture and our churches are already going through a dramatic period of transformation.  If you are serious about leading this process in a thoroughly biblical and culturally relevant way then we would be glad to partner with you for His glory and their good.
